HQ Handcrafted

HQ Handcrafted is my own company and brand. I made handmade soaps using essential oils, real spices and ingredients. Starting a retail company taught me a lot about starting up, and allowed me to understand what the client experience is from their viewpoint. All the work that goes into developing the product recipe, breaking down costs, getting visibility in a crowded marketplace, and the adverse costs of shipping. I developed all product, brand identity, packaging, photography, setting up a store on Etsy, Wordpress site and sales.
