Packaging for the ceremonial, premium matcha tin with transparent inks printed over metallic label, used for hot tea. The below pouch packaging were culinary grade, to be included in smoothies, baking and desserts. All packaging was designed for the Amazon.com market, understanding that the logo and product name needed to be readable and clear in a thumbnail image online (as it was not sold in stores). I created the designs, specifically the pouches, informed by research using a heat map tool that recorded users path of eye. This confirmed a positive and engaged response regarding the colors, type, copy and design.
An informational booklet explaining the benefits of matcha (green tea), in addition to dessert and baking recipes. This was a handout that included a free single serving packet of the product glued in. The folding of the Z-fold required some thinking out to accommodate the thickness of the many folds, in addition to the free sample. I illustrated all hand-drawn imagery.
